A Simple Guide to Preparing Ceremonial Cacao

step 1

Boil the kettle and let it sit while you make your cacao. You want the water to be hot, not boiling.

step 2

Put 20g of shaved ceremonial cacao into your blender with 80-120ml milk of your choice.

step 3

Add your sweetener of choice to taste. We love using honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar or stevia.

step 4

Add 100-150ml of hot water.Then blend for 10s or until frothy.

    A game changer to my sleep quality

    Unfortunately for me my partner works night shifts on occasion which means for me I find myself awake whilst his at work and absent from the bed. I decided to give the rest blend a try and at first I was skeptical, but this has given me the best and uninterrupted sleep in three years of night shift. My worry for me has not changed so I can only put it down to the rest blend for having a good impact to my sleep quality.

    Rest vital blend

    Absolutely love it. I drink it every night before bed and I have such a great night sleep.

    Best evening chocolate that makes you feel relaxed!

    I’m not one to usually leave a review but I felt like I need rave about it after had the rest blend last night. I’ve tried a few “evening hot chocolates” and the is by far the best regarding taste, smell, texture, creaminess and I actually felt relaxed. Felt very rested the next day and of course ready for my morning cacao. Regretting not buying the rise blend.
